Despite looking like gooner bait it´s a perfectly optimized brilliant looking hack and slash soulslike.
Good story, good soundtrack, good gameplay, jiggle physics, this game got it all and i can highly recommend it to everyone who likes bayonetta/DMC/Nier style games.

Despite the cute character i don´t get why people like this game.

Grinding for levels to get through doors just to lose them to RNG because an enemy came from literally nowhere and instakilled you.

Dying in games is acceptable if it happend because of my mistake, in this game 85% of my deaths came from reasons outside of my control wich makes farming back the lost levels even more frustrating.

I genuinely tried to like this game and gave it almost 3 hours to prove itself but in my opinion its just frustrating and atrocious.

The sonic story is just a slight graphic upgrade from the original and still runs at 60fps capped.
Meanwhile the Shadow story runs at 120fps capped (goes back to 60 fps in cutscenes and transitions).

Just how?
You guys had so much time to remake the Sonic story but decided to just ramp up the graphics a bit.
Playing the Sonic story after the Shadow one makes it even more clear that its just a graphic update of a game from 2011.
