I have ruminated on this entry into FromSoftware's repertoire for quite some time, and applicable words fail me in multiple languages. I am biased in that I love this developer and have from the rip, and concede that this franchise, hell this sub-genre, is not for everyone. I however attest that there is something to be learned from this for everyone, whether it be awe, inspiration; or lots, and lots, and *lots* of patience.

This game is oozing content and, true to form, dares you to just round that corner and see if you can't find a new path. You accept the challenge, only to realise several hours in that the rabbit hole you've stumbled into has no signs of stopping.

Honestly, this game is best experienced, and a raw, unspoiled experience is preferable to all. Play it, be wowed, soak in the game, and remember, patience is a virtue, especially given this game's mind-boggling size. To that at least, you're in no hurry.

Until you speedrun it.
