I've recently changed my 'favorite' game showcase from MW2 (2009) to this. Following its removal from store shelves (due to a licensing problem - aka they used amazing music and it had limited time license) it became apparent that ownership is a fading memory in today's gaming industry.

This game is a milestone of gaming story and the meta experience of games. In the veins of Apocalypse Now, the game thrusts you in a dark and gritty roller-coaster filled with action and set pieces, only to pull the rug from under you when you least expect it. One of the first deviations from standard gaming stories done in a fashion worthy of multiple awards. Unfortunately, lost under the multitude of other generic shooter, this is anything but.

If you must acquire this illegally in order to play it, do it. You will not regret it. While I hope they would make a remaster and re-license the music, in order to re-release, there is little chance of that.
