I can't get enough of this series.

I play Dark Souls in offline mode. To me, this one started off much easier for me then the first 2 games. I found the difficulty ramped up closer to midway through which caused me to have to "git gud". Either that, or grind out a few soul levels. I did both. The bosses were still very challanging (well, most of them). I can think of a few that made me lose my mind and have to shut the game off for an hour and come back (Abyss Watchers and the Princes). But after a while of learning the patterns and going back to get some NPC summon assistance (and player assistance for the princes), I finally made it through. This was the first souls game I ended up having to go online for help on a boss fight. The princes fight was the only issue I had with this game (this was worse then the Shrine of Amara in DS2). Everything else was very enjoyable.

I may need to play this entire series again once the DLC goes on sale. Pick this entire series up if you havent already. If you struggle trying to solo this game, jumping online and summoning friends is another way to make the game a little less of a challange. BUY BUY BUY!
