So far, I have played over 2500 hours of M&B:W with various mods (like Prophecy of Pendor, Diplomacy, and Perisno). In all my years, I have never seen another video game quite like this one. It is a great mix of not only mounted combat but also map travel and castle sieging.
Best Single Player Game Ever Made (and I say it that way because the multiplayer piece is not very good, but the campaign part is hands down the best ever).
