Wait I already mentioned that about attacking the orbs , haha.

Don't worry about it too much because you have to go through A LOT of the Iron King DLC to get that mask. It's worth it but it's not a quick thing to do. Also to get rid of the curse orbs you attack them and they'll disappear. You have to bait Nashandra into doing something that will give you time to get rid of them though (or have a summon get rid of them). Btw whenever you get Elizabeth Mushrooms in Dark Souls 2 I would store them away for Nashandra. They can help counter the damage from the curse orbs when you're getting rid of them.

Oh damn. Yeah I would probably think that too, lol. Luckily that's not a mechanic. That would really suck if was. Idk if you've played the Iron King DLC yet but there's a mask called Hollow Skin in that DLC that has literally 1000 curse resist, which makes you immune to curse build up

If you didn't know about it I figured someone should let you know because it's really hidden and it's super useful for Nashandra if you go get it before you fight her.
