Primarily played offline on the Steam Deck

Honestly, i felt all the trailers for Metaphor: ReFantazio up until its release doesn't do this game justice as even though it adds intrigue, it was extremely confusing to figure out what the game was actually about.

Having enjoyed most SMT games but can't say the same for all Persona games, Metaphor: ReFantazio manages to take and polish the more enjoyable elements of both series and advance them forward while incorporating an extremely addictive class system with a likable cast (MC included, yes your MC actually speaks in this game).

Oh, and also it has an absolute banger of a soundtrack.
The battle theme was what really sold me on this game
