Prioritizes and sequences own tasks and those of other people in the team. Makes sure that the priority tasks are always completed on time. Is somewhat casual with sensitive or confidential information, and may speak too freely to others. A good negotiator, who usually chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw in a negotiation after reading the situation correctly. But not yet infallible and may need more experience. Narf completes more than 75% but less than 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard.
