Best of the typical Digimon games, OK as a game on its own

Pretty neat software! Not perfect, but really easy to use and fun! Enjoying it :-)

It's an indie tactics game, so definitely props for that. Gameplay is essentially FFTactics/Disgaea, so if youi've been craving more of that, this is definitely your game. I think the system they use here is actually better, there's sort of a dual-class thing going on that's pretty good. My main gripe was the dialogue. It's corny and basically all the characters are underwritten in favor of one-liners. None of the characters really have any personality or depth, with maybe the exception of Yates, but even then the stuff that is there is mediocre and common.

Gameplay is somewhere between a 9 and a 10, I think that the enemy AI is decent and they actually have access to tools that make the game difficult. Some of those tools can be annoying though.

Story is 6-7 out of 10. Very straightforward and typical.

Dialogue is 2/10.

Will probably beat it eventually.

If you like strategy RPG's, you'll love this.
If you have never played a strategy RPG, you'll love this.
The game is good... it's not even objectionable. It is reallllllly rough on the computer though.
It's Fire Emblem, or FF Tactics, or Disgaea, or whatever grid-based SRPG you are use to, but with fat aliens, thicc females, and machine guns.
Only weakness is that the soldiers are all customizable and have no place in the story.
SOoooo yeah, not a character driven game.
But if you liked Advanced Wars or Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, this game is literally perfect for you.

If you are looking for something to bide your time with until Smash Ultimate, bam! Great choice.

This game is better than Brawl-Out, worse than Smash-Flash, but has a way better UI and like network play and stuff.

So if you were like "Man I wish Smash Flash had a ranked online mode" well, here you go.

It's a funny game, and if you like the same people who unironically like Skullgirls (and not for the gameplay) then you'll LOVE this game's community.

Gameplay is like Gauntlet or Golden Axe.

Music is Skyrim... ish.

If you're into Scandinavian culture, you'll dig it.
