If noone punished you for mods\cheats\cheated money doesn't mean that you did everything right. You guys have ur a$$ burnt because Enhaced didn't let you in with your billions? Well, that's ur fault. Start a new acc and be grateful that they didn't BAN you.
I CHECKED many accounts and some friends did the same. While checking "not-eligible" accounts - ALL of accounts I checked were NOT legit, having huge difference between Earned\Spent\Bank, huge difference. Like they earned 100 Mills and Spent a Billion. And I still kindly said "99% of players" in my review, coz anything can happen. What were you thinking about when asking a modder for money in Legacy? Don't complain now. This is pathetic.

You realise lots of legit players have forcibly been given stuff in lobbies because Rockstar had 0 anti cheat for 10 years of GTA on PC right? How is it players faults if they received XP or money by just trying to enjoy the game? I have never modded in my entire time playing the game and supposedly I'm not eligible. The only thing illegitimate about my account is the money that was forcibly dropped on me because of how infested the game has been with modders for its entire life cycle. That's Rockstars fault, and it's complete and utter BS that they would deny people who have thousands of hours in the game from continuing their progress. Besides, you're statement is ridiculous and incorrect anyways because lots of people who have modded accounts have transferred no problem (lots of level 8000's have been playing on ehnanced) and players that have started more recently well after hackers were at their peak are unable to transfer as well.

i can confirm that you cannot confirm "99% of people who complained have no legit accounts or are newbies". just because you and all your friends didnt have any problems migrating doesnt mean anybody else with a legit account couldnt have problems. a very ignorant thing to say.

You can't confirm shit. Tons of legit players are having issues migrating while tons of modded players aren't.
