I would like to thank Unknownproject with his patch as makes this game a little more tolerable but the porting is still a hot mess, even by following all his instruction the game will crash a LOT, will duplicate items and mess up puzzles (a bug also present on console) and some bosses can get stuck on some attack patterns which will make them invulnerable.

I've decided to finish this version on Hard mode for completism, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do the same.

I should have waaaay more hours into this gem

A masterpiece in the big universe of indie horror games.
Good ARG, great story (being barebone doesen't mean it can be well written and letting you guess some plot points).
I really liked the direct integration between the player and the game itself, from all the crashes to something else I won't spoil. Definitely recommended!

This is probably my favourite retro FPS (Doom-era) of that time. I am having a blast trying to get a 100% on this game, and I'm not getting tired after 17hrs of backtracking, collecting keys and blasting the ♥♥♥♥ outta a lot of varied enemies.

REALLY, REALLY RECOMMENDED.

Awesome shooter, definitely recommended.

I get now why this game isn't considered canon anymore. I found to be a very generic and boring expansions with a lot of bugs not even present in the original F.E.A.R... disappointed.

DONTNOD once again teaches everyone how to make damn good games.
The game is free, albeit short but it's just a technical demo and a prequel to LiS 2.
You're still here? Go get it!

PRO:
-Lot of hours of gameplay (4 Main Campaigns + Elves)
-Well written dark-fantasy story
-Probably one of the best roleplaying turn based games

CONS:
-Has some problems running in newer systems, max resolution is 1280x1024
-Very slow gameplay, you can spend lot of time on a single mission just figuring what to do
-Bad voice acting

This game was my childhood: I still remember the great graphics, the great voice acting and man, the hand drawn splash arts are wonderful.
The game is basically a clone of the HOMM series but much more complex and also a lot more difficult, patient players will be rewarded by a lot of hours of fun, especially trying team builds (This expansion also nerfes Death because it was too f*cking op)

Definitely recommended.

This game is a masterpiece. The storyline is very well written and also great acted, the story is pretty simple ( a dad telling a story to his daughter), but I really enjoyed the plot twist at the end.
Gameplay is great, just a bit lackluster at the end.
