Monster Hunter World is a game about hunting HUGE monsters and netting little monsters as pets.

The game features 14 different weapon class/types. Each weapon has different play style. You could be a samurai with a long sword, a rambo with a bow gun, a real man with a Great sword or be THE trumpet dude.
It has max of 4 players coop in a mission but It can be also played in solo.
With each different class you can build a composition depending on the monster you hunt.

Nowww it the questions

With these being my first MH game, I'd say its a little difficult. The difficult part for me is learning the weapon, I suggest watching youtube soo you understand and know what weapon you will use. The monsters are interesting, their attack feels more of RNG than a pattern which makes it really fun to fight the chaos. If some games a 5 minute boss fights may feel an hour, THIS GAME IS LITERALLY CONSIST OF 20-40 MINUTE BOSS FIGHTS and you cant pause the game. so no pee break.


Cutscenes cannot be skipped and the story is not the best but its not bad. But you don't buy this game for the story, you came here to make your character as your waifu and check each armor and see which one looks the sexiest right... RIGHT!

Yes. To get your equipment you need to hunt different monsters and get different parts. the material you get is RNG so it may take a few more hunts to craft what you want. I'd say about 4-6 hunts to get a full set of armor if you are lucky.
Late game grindiness: Why not add with another RNG. The another one is the decorations, they are added stats to your armor, its also RNG when you defeat a hard monster( tempered).

Kinda. like i said, learning the playstyle of a weapon is boring because its mostly wall of text given to you and trial and error soo i'd suggests again watching youtube for guides. The order of each monsters in story makes it possible for you to learn your moveset. unless you constantly change.

Yeah,really worth. It took me 50+ hours to finish the story and it doesn't stop there... there are tons of sidequest, and more variants and harder monsters to hunt.
This game got me hooked that I got 80 hours within 5 days.

You can play this game with a 4 player co-op optionally, having another player makes the game much MORE CHAOTIC, its harder because you don't know who the monster will target, its harder but its more FUN. Some hunts is made for multiplayer - Ancient Leshen, Extreme Behemoth, Kulve Tarot- These monsters are made for Multiplayer, dont be a fool like me wasting an hour on Ancient leshen and 4 hours soloing KT.

Hit boxes is kinda clunky so its quite frustrating.
IM ALWAYS LOST IN ANCIENT FOREST!
and rip decoration farming its hell.

Its a really fun game that I look forward playing every morning. Each weapon has a unique experience EXCEPT I ONLY PLAYED GREAT SWORD LIKE A MAN; and each different monster has different experience that makes you adapt more. Hitbobxes may be frustrating but its just skill issue. jk. So overall a 8/10 games. Really addicting, really fun and has tons of content. Worth the bucks that will give you about 200 hours of hunting frustrations so happy hunting.
