I'm writing this review after the newest patch (01.04.2025).

I won't go into detail about if the game is worth your money or not, because it is. I have close to over 1000 hours in this game when writing this and I most likely have even more when you read this.

So why am I NOT recommending this game ? It is because of the newest patch they dropped which changes the game for the worst in my opinion. It seems that their philosophy is "If everyone is broken than nobody is" which is just plain stupid.

I've been hoping this coming patch would fix most of the gripes I had with the game and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ did it look promising. The devs sweet talking us and telling us what we wanted to hear only to just double...NAH triple down on the stuff people were complaining about.

I know I'm repeating myself but this game is probably perfect if you just want to play casual or even dip your toes a little bit and become an intermediate player but beyond that is just....not even bad balancing, I think is something people won't even want to play for too long.

I will update this review if they move in a better direction later down the line but until then I will not recommend this game as a veteran Tekken player.
