Creative and clever approach to topics on astral projection, ptsd, mental health and psychology overall, presented through numerous levels placed in the psyche of various and peculiar characters who suffer from some kind of mental disorder - while protagonist is on the mission to help them defeat their inner demons - is what really sticks out and it's highlight of the game. And if you ask me, this game deserves place under category ''Must play game before you die!''
