The game is pretty cool, however I must say that after the first playthrough I don't really feel motivated to play again, at some point the game becomes a slog where you just go through the motions, it needs either a method of skipping combat or much higher speeds because having to wait for units to walk those 4 steps 100+ times just drove me up the wall. Id say it was more than worth the purchase though.

This game has been quite a pleasure to play, however I would say that it needs a lot more content and updates for all existing features to work well together and it is currently not worth the price asked.

\textbf{My biggest issue:}
Specializing cities is not currently that useful as you can't effectively trade between your cities and there aren't enough specialization routes. I ended up making a town specialized in weapon production, it was super rich so it could buy everything it needed, then I made a gathering and hunting village which produced insane amounts of food, however I flooded the market instantly the moment I tried to get value from this production. I need many more products that I can make with the basic resources, and it becomes a bit of a slog once you have two or three cities, there isn't enough variety yet. (also the development points are insanely varied in power and impact).

The game is really interesting and has all the pieces however personally if I hadn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it on sale I wouldn't say it is worth it for the full price.
I will re-evaluate the review once more content updates come up.

pretty great, definitely recommend. Although I have to admit it seems quite easy after a while. I recommend trying a mich higher difficulty for the first game compared to the default one as it ends up getting a little boring due to the ease.

Really loved this game, bought it on a whim in a sale and got totally hooked. Its a really endearing story and the choices feel impactful. I do have to note though that the game felt quite easy especially if you take notes, this wasn't in itself a negative though as it meant I could focus more on the story which was really nice.

A bit of a rambling review, but I would say this game is definitely worth it, and I can't wait for the follow up!

It's aight, I played it a bit over the last 2 months and can't say its particularly standout. It has a bit of a dopamine gameplay loop so I think it could work really well for many people, It is just quite optimize-able. Every train has a few weapon options, and in my experience some are just flat out better than others. Very little combo-ing or creative solutions just going through the motions. This can be fixed though in future updates but I would say currently is worth a buck or two and with future updates probably a bit more.

Pretty fun little game, it really needs some tool tips though as I have no clue what most of the bullet upgrades mean. With just a little more work and some more tooltips this game could be a really cool little timewaster.

This game is amazing, new things keep popping up, after 28 hours the game still throws curve balls at me changing the gameplay immensely. I love it, this game is easily worth the asking price, go for it!

A very fun little platformer, I recommend it however it did feel quite clunky at times on keyboard so be warned that it may not be a super smooth experience, however different ingame upgrades make this far less problematic.

Truly a masterclass in visual storytelling, I absolutely loved it, I love the fact that people still bother to make these types of small gems, play it and enjoy it!
