This is worth it for Berzerk alone, but I wish that Digital Eclipse and Atari were able to get the rights to other big games missing from the collection, mainly BattleZone, Star Wars and E.T.

>Easy to drop in or out of a game regardless of if you're playing by yourself or with others
>No meta to catch up on with every update
>Constantly updated with bug and exploit fixes
>More updates to come
>A great relaxing game to play with friends

What's not to like? I guess my only wishes are controller support (mainly for Steam Deck in handheld mode) and having more clothing and appearance options (hair, dresses, skirts etc.)

We need more "relaxing" games like this. It semi fills that Animal Crossing void that has yet to be filled on PC/Steam Deck. I can't wait to see what other surprises lamedeveloper has in store

Having fond memories of LEGO Racers on N64, I eagerly received a key for this game in a Humble Monthly Bundle. Unfortunately, as soon as I went to build my own LEGO car, I was met with an influx of pieces being locked behind countless microtransaction paywalls.
I know this is 2K we're talking about but I'm honestly shocked that LEGO greenlit such a predatory game. Maybe if it were free-to-play it would be at least somewhat acceptable, but this is a retail game with season passes that's just looking to drain your wallet at every chance it gets.

There is most likely a fun game underneath all the in game paywalls, but those alone completely turned me off from the game. And you can't even make your own minifig racer! You have to choose from a bunch of pre made minifigs (of which you *also* have to pay for.)

If you're looking for a racing game for you or for a younger family member, look elsewhere. Or hell, if you want a LEGO racing game, look into the really old LEGO Racer games, be it through hunting down old hardware and software or... other means.

Do you want to waste all of your free time?
Do you want to succumb to a new addiction?
Do you want to sink numerous hours into a single game despite not having any significant improvements on your play results?

If you answered yes to any/all of those questions, then Balatro is the game for you!

A short but fun Metroidvania style game made in tribute to a pair of infamous fantasy adventure games. And not only being made in tribute to those games, but various notable YTPers also had a part in this game's production, such as art assets or animation. I hope this game opens the doors to more CDi-likes, or even doing "done right" spiritual successors to bad/poorly received games.

Just... Don't wait several months for Limited Run to ship out their copies.

A fun follow-up to the 2018 remaster of Katamari Damacy. Hoping for more Katamari content (be it more Rerolls or even new games) in the future!

As someone who started gaming in the 2000s, Hi-Fi Rush really struck a chord (lol) with me. It feels like a light experimental game that would have been put out on the Xbox or PS2, and I don't mean that in a "it's dated/clunky" type of way. I loved this game from start to finish (even if I did have a lot of trouble on the final boss but that's mainly because I suck at parrying.) The characters, the music, the visual style/art direction, the game design... I love everything about this game and I want to see more games like this from Tango and other big developers.

I guess my main criticisms are the lack of controller vibration for beat timing and (not super spoiler territory but I'm doing this anyways) kinda abrupt moments where you very, very briefly play as 2 different characters, with the latter being during the final boss. The first isn't so bad since you're just walking, but the 2nd could have been replaced with a rhythm button input.

Anyways, personal Game Of The Year right here, please pick it up, I was legit kicking myself for not playing this game sooner.

A fun little arcade-esque game that's easy to play but hard to master. Worth the full price of admission.
