I've spent more hours in this game than on any other from my Steam library. This game is easily the best of it's genre and that title is well deserved, however it's not flawless. I recommend this game - It's certainly worth experiencing.

Pros:
- The game is quite accessible. A new player gradually learns new concepts and mechanics of this game. The pace of discovering new content is very adjusted and learning curve as well. The wiki page is also huge and given some reasearch into it anyone can find informations they seek. Fanbase around this game also have created useful sites to help others get through the game. Game is easy to learn, but hard to master.
- Game design - starting from the aesthethic side and finishing at game mechanics makes this game feel unique in many ways. You can forget what you knew about most RPG and H'n'S games, because here - things most likely will look differently. Currency system is advanced and fused together with crafting system. People instead of using gold to trade items - players use variations of different kinds of currency - in most cases called "orbs". Those orbs have their given value because they are also used to craft gear. There are no classical skills in game - instead they are binded to gems - which in turn can be modified by linking them into setups. There is also a huge passive tree (the same one accessible by different "classes"; just with different starting locations) with many options to choose from. Seeing it for the first time is something truly to behold.
- Game is packed with content; map system, incursions, labirynth, mine and different activities; mini events you will encounter while doing campaign or the end game content "maps". All of the content is challenging and forces you to approach it differently - you can't just faceroll everything in this game.
- Possible ways of how you can build your character are just countless. This serves a great replayabilitiy of the campaign and end game content.
- Game developers constantly upgrade the game and add new content, so there is always an urge to come back and play some more. Game community is very friendly and you won't encounter any toxicity.

Neutral points;
- Game is free. Although not really. You start with 4 stash tabs. You will quite quickly realize it's just not enough and you just have to have more inventory space. For additional stash tabs you have to pay real money. There is no way of getting them in-game. Beside having just more inventory space; there are some additional purchases that change the pace of game like; currency stash tab & map stash tab. So yeah, game isn't really for free. The game is great and I recommend strongly supporting the developers. But tbt.
- Beside trading and ocassional mapping with friends, game is mostly designed for solo play. Playing solo you can go through the content faster. There is no content that actually makes you benefit from playing in party. There is no competitiveness to this game. There is PVP but it is mostly nonexistent (almost no players do it) and the game isn't balanced for it.

Cons:
- The game is very poorly optimised. You HAVE to have SSD otherwise loading times are horrible and just a bad joke. You want to make a flashy build that generates lots of particles? You better come prepared with a really good PC that could withstand its glory. I mean REALLY good PC.
- The game consists of LOTS of bugs and errors. Especially recently in the newer leagues. When Monolith league started it was a clusterDuck of DCs, freezes and so on. Maybe I could forgive it - but the game usually punishes the player for it when they happen. This just generates additional unnecessary frustration.
- The game sometimes have mechanics which are just unfun for the player and in the long run just make you grow bored. The need of writing to players, then trading in person for every single item every single time. Just... Just why? I could easily say, that one third of the time I spent in the game was time spent of trading. Which would be 450 hours by now. For every single hour - it wasn't a fun experience. This game needs some version of auction house. Also, when you make N'th character and have to go through the entire campaign again. Just... Just why?
- Every purchase you make from micro transactions for this game, counts only for PC verion. So it's like a big Duck you for a cross platform players. Pay double.
- In the game currently there are those so called "leagues" which what developers tried to achieve through them was an attempt to provide players with a "fresh" economy. But yeah, it was only an attempt. From what I've seen so far it's pretty much a failure. Hardcore group of players makes there an absurd amounts of currency anyway. For the other players if they want to play with what they have stored so far through many different leagues - it's pretty rough, because there is hardly anyone to trade with on "standard" league since most of players play on new leagues.
- And... The biggest downside is that, this game, after you have seen most of it (and given enough time eventually you will) is just plainly boring, because there isn't anything to do. The game lacks some bigger goal. Something to do after you finished your build, after you have gone through maps. Zero, Zip, Zilch, Nada. For a game that could be described as MMO in a way I think it's a major flaw. No guild activities, no GvG, no Battlegrounds, no raids, no PvP as I mentioned above.
