I admittedly haven't put much time into the Steam release yet, but I fully completed the Realta Nua version (with whichever English patch preceded the Ultimate Edition) about five years ago. Phenomenal story and good character development (for the most part) paired with an amazing and at this point iconic soundtrack makes for a fantastic experience. Not sure how much I like the official translation compared to the fan translation yet, but as long as some of the later scenes still hit the same, I'll give it a pass.

Also, anyone who says Altria rather than Artoria or Arturia is wrong. Period. I will die on this hill (of swords).

Haven't even played for a full hour, but I already love it. The music is on point, and it feels like Doom, but with even more metal energy. This is a rhythm game for metalheads that we never knew we needed. 10/10

Well, they finally did it. They may have actually killed SWTOR. The latest patch (7.0, even though it's called an expansion, it is in reality, just a larger than normal patch) has convinced me to drop my sub after a year and a half. I'd previously put some money into the game for cartel coins in the past, and bought the original first 2 expansions (when that was still a thing you could do). I genuinely enjoyed the game, both for it's combat, and its story. The current path the devs (or at least the management behind them, typical of EA/Bioware) chose to take, however, especially with the skill cuts and removal/remodeling of various other features that are not at all player friendly (with 2 or 3 minor exceptions) has convinced me to stop giving any more money to these people.

Edit 2024: I managed to get legendary status and then dropped this game in a heartbeat in favor of FF14 back at the beginning of 2022. At least with that game, I have greater confidence in the developers to not ruin their own game (though Square might eventually do that themselves given their more recent track record).

Epic Games comes in and guess what happens? The game goes down the drain. Big surprise there! I'm probably not playing Rocket League again unless something happens to convince me that it hasn't just become an easily accessible toxic waste pit (or more than it already was at any rate) now that it's f2p. It was good while it lasted, but all good things must eventually come to an end.Rip Rocket League (2015-2020)

Played it a bit back in the day and enjoyed it quite a bit. Jumped into it a month or two ago and absolutely hated it. RIP FoF.

Lots of weapons, which is awesome. Pretty good game, especially when compared to most F2P MMO titles.

Personally, I loved this game. It may not be perfect, but it isn't bad either. The story is good, the gameplay is fun, and the characters are quirky and memorable, though some stand out more than others. Additionally, it paved the way for Danganronpa 2, which surpasses this already good game in every aspect. It remains one of favorite games on Steam three years later. A solid 8/10 from me.
