Most people will tell you this game isn't worth it as there isn't a lot of content, however they're wrong. Not only can you play 71 counties in the base game (13 with unique focuses with more in the future), the modding scene allows you get national focuses for nearly every country and total conversion mods like kaiserreich, deluge, millennium dawn and the great war gives you hundreds of new possible playthroughs.
The games multiplayer (although buggy) gives you infinitely more playthroughs as well, as you and your friends can create your own scenarios, or fight against each other, trying new strategies that didn't happen in real life. If you don't have friends there are many places to find other players to play games with.
As of writing this review there's a new DLC on the horizon and many people will say that it isn’t worth £10-15 but if you can’t afford that much about 2-3 times a year then how did you get a computer to run the game in the first place.
