Edit 7/11: i spent a little more time messing with the settings. i've tried all possible configs i can think of that is allowed of me in the game itself. its just a mess and i think it really just stems from always being online, thanks Iron Galaxy - eye roll-(-.-) . i want to love this game despite all the changes they did i trying to give this game a chance. i've been soo hyped to relive my childhood, but the hype is kinda fading fast.

I'm not the best at this game , but the fact that i have to wait till we hopefully get a patch just to move properly is a shame .
also i noticed that even though i can grab cars , for me i can only do it sometimes ????

Yeah... No... This gets a DOOM Slayer's, "HELL NO" , out of 10 from Me.

First and formost I'm not going to talk about this games missing music.
However, the reviews about the stuttering are not an exaggeration, at all!
It's borderline unplayable ( in my case it stuttered almost every 20 seconds. And most times I'm either trying to start a combo or in the middle of one.)

Id have to assume part of it is the always online that alot of others point out happened with 1+2, so I hope we get offline mode as an update.

For my review / testing , I only went to the tutorial stage; to test things out. I got more and more frustrated just trying to see, if I was still any good at this game in general ( but again stuttering ruined this).
But after spending so little time with this game, and only able to learn its flaws through other users; I'd have to say in the state this game is in, get it on sale entirely.
It is unacceptable that I have to (as recommended in some reviews) lover my graphic settings, even when my hardware can take it at a decently high setting.
I don't want to water down the beautiful redesign of alot of the assets in the game, just to make it playable & and even then that might not guarantee

Half the reason a got this was to go back to my younger years on ps2, as pro skater 4 was where I started; but I also wanted to share the game with my partner so they could see why I loved THPS4. Until this game gets more stability and offline support, this game will only annoy them.

~--may update more as I play through it. I'm pretty busy & I only play when can, so they may patch before I get a chance to have a more in depth look; like better reviewers who also pre-ordered.

Overall not worth the hype it's a dvertised on --~

This game is like furry battle field ( complimentary), except it has no vehicles; YOU are the vehicle & I love that.

Also just bonus points from me, for being furry most of our games( from what I've seen) are NSFW ( and that isn't a bad thing) or platformer, maybe we have a furry playable character in a sea of human characters with equally few robot/cyborg/zombie playable characters. so it's nice to see this for a change.

The main raid mode ( everyone is playing on this mode) is chaos! And in my first match I got bodied so hard, but after about match 3 I started to pick up on what was happening in the game. So it takes a small amount of adjustment.

Ive seen alot of people complain about optional skins, but I haven't bought any of the extras at this time and it hasn't impacted my experience.

-Cons -
°Raid seems to be the only mode active in early access.

°Death match was dead for me every time I played

°conquest? ( the other mode next to raid) feels like it's mostly bots(but it's still fun). It also might take a bit longer to find a match depending on active people looking.

Also i feel the other modes need better push visibility in terms of telling more people to try them out. Cause thier is alot of fun stuff in this early access.

8.7 /10 for me I'd say 9/10, but deathmatch is dead for me, at this time.

As some one who normally gives these games a hard pass; this was a fun first time into a fromsoft game!

As a Demo , this has a lot of potential. really hyped to play through the full thing on all modes.
also it being online Co-Op was what made this better; since in most rougelikes / rougelites, i really want to enjoy with friends.

This game is Greatly approved by the Emperor

as an original GBA owner of this game, its nice to see this game preserved in some capacity for the modern day .
i will mention a few reviews here bring up the emulator chugging hard when too much is happening , but this is mostly playable; and gives newer gens an idea of what we grew up with . its not perfect but i want more people to try this and hopefully push fore a modern remake of this game.

Majesco , please remake this game! it would be so cool for it to be truly 3D, and not sprite 3D

even 50 hours in this game is a blast to enjoy.

Despite a shaky and janky launch day, I still Recommend this game. The game is actually a lot of fun! Even when i'm getting stomped it just feels fun. the one Key thing to keep in mind is all the people who hate this game, they only hate it because they cant adapt to the guns and the suit itself.
Each mecha plays so unique and different from each other; that i hated it at first, but after putting some time into it. I'm really liking almost all the suits.( more than i can say for Overwatch's line up as i'm strictly a Reinhardt and junkrat main)

They have a Battle pass. everyone's got em at this point, so its whatever. Buy it if you like whats in it i guess.

TLDR; its Gundam but kinda sorta like overwatch but actually a butter use of the concept. some jank here and there but eh its Bandai im just happy to get a better Gundam game than "new gundam breaker "

I totally recommend this game but, without spoiling anything.....

this game will kick your Butt on ' UV ' halfway through if you aren't ready for it. ( I dont even want to imagine a nightmare run )
I've gone into several bursts of rage , there are 2 secret challenges that i refuse to do until i've beaten my Run, and there are atleast 3 enemies that i hate with such a burning passion that i want smash my keyboard every time i fight them .

but other than that if you like a challenge , then this game is taunting you hard.

This game is a ton of fun.simple enough to just load in and play. there are the challenges that unlock enhanced moves for your character and the ever growing difficulty keeps you on your toes
