Pros:
- Interesting test chambers
- Good atmosphere
- Great usage of new test elements
- Nice graphics
- Callbacks to Portal 1 chambers

Cons:
- You get the dual portal device way too late into the game
- Too much walking
- Really MCU-ish writing
- Dialogue contradicts itself and gets Portal lore wrong sometimes
- Sterling is really annoying to listen to, either due to bad dialogue or bad line delivery
- Dialogue is too on the nose sometimes
- Ending is too abrupt
- Overall the story feels like a slightly different clone of Portal 2's story. You get helped by a core with a goofy personality, they betray you, someone else helps you get revenge.

Imo if you keep the people who worked on the test chambers, testing elements, map design, etc. and get new writers, you could make an amazing fangame

I want to like it and actually use it for my projects, but this is by far the most unintuitive game engine I've ever used. Not to mention GDScript sucks and scripting is really weird in general in godot, even if you use the C# version.

Early Access Review
Pros:
- Best graphic capabilities in any social VR game I've ever seen
- The user experience seems better than it was in Neos, but still a bit too confusing for casual players imo
- Even if the UX is more confusing, when it comes to interacting with stuff Resonite feels much more polished than VRChat. For example, mirrors have fancy animations, grabbable objects have fancy visualizers, the quick radial menus are better, etc.
- It has instance-independent objects you can take anywhere you want, which is amazing and makes social platforms that don't have this feature (like VRChat) feel obsolete.

Cons:
- For developers/content creators, Resonite has the same fatal flaw Neos had. You have to do everything in-game, and from what I've seen there isn't real coding, it's all node based. There's no external map editor either, so you have to do everything in the game.
- Stuttered slightly when interacting with objects, but this might just be a "first time booting the game" thing that never happens again.

If you fix the content development experience, I really think this has a chance to get big :)

If you're considering getting TS4, don't, get this or TS2 instead

Really good graphics update to the classic mod. I don't get the negative reviews about the game being too hard, that's just part of the mod, and of course it's not gonna run well if you're on a potato with a 2060 (or an AMD card). Runs fine on my 3070.

It's hilarious how lazy these devs are. Instead of fixing vrchat's serverside netcode to not blindly trust clients, they do this ♥♥♥♥ that affects innocent people.

I'm only 32 minutes in but I already love it. The tutorial was pretty confusing at first but once you learn how to do things it's pretty fun. This game is basically Game Dev Tycoon but way more in-depth and complex, which comes with the trade-off of not being as polished as Game Dev Tycoon
