I see a lot of complaints and divisions regarding OG Doom 3 and this edition. Regardless of few differences, this is still good experience. Too bad ID didn't implement full campaign coop into this release, as it'd make it even more fun.
I played OG release a lot, played BFG edition on PS5, and only recently discovered I got BFG edition on steam for free because I previously had Doom3 + RoE.

the game is quite fun. dying is part of progression and experience. unlocks more lore and dialogues as you go, but grinding the same levels over and over may get tiring for some. still, quite a fun game!

I hated Gothic 3 except it's soundtrack
I love Chronicles of Myrtana.

This game is a no brainer to play if you love Gothic series. Just remember you need to disable this setting in SystemPack.ini to improve your FPS;; Disable_D3DV8CAPS_WRITEONLY = 1 change 1 to 0, save and enjoy.

true love letter to all gothic fans out there. if you're considering to play it, it's a no brainer. definitely one of those games you don't know what to do/play next once you complete it. i will definitely play it again! thank you for all the work you've put into this masterpiece.

Works like crap, keyboard and mouse wont work if u dont find a workaround. Every fight relies on stun-locking and spamming the enemy with attacks (they do that to you too!)

I'll complete the game once, but its inferior to Gothic 1 and 2 in almost every aspect. Only good thing I can say about this game is superb soundtrack.

despite all this time, still a great game!

It's my first 'contact' with Halo series, and it's a really good series. There are some bugs that can be annoying, and FSR brakes pre-rendered cutscenes (u need to disable fsr to fix them fully), game closing on its own when on alt+tab trip (fullscreen mode).

Worth buying to experience this universe, however mind this game is not easy. It's quite punishing on Heroic, but it'll be even more punishing on Legendary.

This game is a no brainer to buy.
- amazing ost
- literally epic boss fights
- contains all dlcs etc.
- replayability value
- story may be medicore, but it is memorable

What is there to say? The OG experience which i played tons before buying it again on steam a few years ago. Considering the time has passed it aged graphically and the mouse controls feel sluggish, but once u get used to it you're in for hell of a ride.
This game also got a faithful remake which is worth playing as well.

Do you want to kick ass, chew bubble gum to the rhytm of music? This game is fun, gameplay is smooth and humor is actually good. I recommend playing this game on a controller. Chill out, feel the beat and have fun. I would have bought it on a console (unavailable, *hic*), but companies prefer to fight each other, therefore I'm glad to have an okay PC where I could pick up this gem.

definitely worth your time, feel free and download the game and experience it's story and numerous secrets hidden throughout the game and gamefiles themselves.
