Easy to pick up, literally impossible to master. Bullets don't fly straight, but fly in a somewhat consistent pattern that can be learned and controlled. A legendary series started as a half life mod, It's worth picking up even more since it's free now (although I'm now more worried about hackers).
Overall this game takes a lot of skill and practice. I would reccomend this game.
