The very first game I played I walked around for about 15 minutes encountering no dinosaurs at all when suddenly a big dino came running at me and I couldn't get away and got killed in about 0.1 seconds. The second game I picked a herbivore and I also spent around 20 minutes walking around aimlessly. The only things I encountered were water, trees, and other plants that for some reason my dinosaur couldn't eat because he prefers his leaf medium well with a glass of wine. Eventually I logged out because I wanted to go do something else more fun, watching paint dry.
