Very good fantasy war simulation game with good graphics, epic music, and high mod support in both singleplayer and multiplayer. It got a lot of great improvements to gameplay of previous installments. The main campaign is a decent story, though not as good as Total War:Warhammer 2 Vortex Campaign.

But the main mode to play is the Immortal Empires mode, that expands the map to cover all 3 games and factions in one scenario. If you own the previous games or dlcs, you can play as the factions from those games. Otherwise you can only play as the Total War:Warhammer 3 factions. Immortal Empires is an amazing experience not found in other games.
