Although it's an interesting perspective on how the world works and what militaries should and should not do (but unfortunently do all the time) while showing this unheard civilian aspect to the game, in my opinion this was less of a DLC and more of a donation. Back in 2017 the DLC was introduced to give money to the red cross.

Now where does it stand in 2018? Well in my opinion this is not a necessary DLC, but certainly an interesting one for campaign. If you do stuff that's MP you may or may not find any use for it, but either way it's still interesting. Now that the sale is not a donation though just get it through the bundle.
