This is my first-time modding Space Engineers and trying to model in general. I plan on updating this as my skills improve so this is WIP for that alone, but I also plan on expanding this to add some more weapons from the UNSC arsenal. Please don't ask for

Hey I have a mod I'm working on. "The Spartan Program". Figured I could get you to take a look at it since you know seems to be the leading expert on Halo-Weapons and armor.

What you did sounds correct, what might be wrong is load order, make sure my mod is higher than the patch.

Not to be annoying but I'm not sure how to do a patch. What i have tried to do is create a mod with just the Cube Block files i have changed, then uploaded it to steam and then make the main mod required. When testing it looks like its defaulting to the patch and not over righting the file in the main mod. I am sure I messing up somewhere, would you be able to point me in the right direction?

Ok great thank you.

If all you would be changing is components then you don't even need to make a reupload, just make a patch of the sbc files and have my mod listed as a required item. It will overwrite the blueprints and such and still keep you updated with any other changes I make.

Hi MajorXAce

Not sure the best place to ask, I would like permission to use your UNSC Weapons Mod but would need to add server custom components as part of the build blueprint, this would be the only change. I would make it not public and reference the main UNSC Mod or whatever requirements you would like.

Thank you for your time and awesome Mod,
