Throne and Liberty: A Stunning MMO, But Beware of AMD Optimization!

Throne and Liberty is a breathtaking game that truly delivers on visuals. The graphics are gorgeous, and the immersion is enhanced by the sheer number of players online at the same time. It feels like a classic MMO, with solid gameplay and a lot of farming. A huge plus is that it doesn't seem to be Pay-to-Win—only cosmetic items are paid, and you can grind to earn premium currency, which is great.

Edit: The game Auction House is pretty much mandatory, to keep up in pvp please insert Credit Card :)

However, there's one major issue: the game is clearly optimized for Nvidia cards. Owning a RX 7600, I can say that while it’s not top-tier, it's still modern and comparable to an RTX 4060. Unfortunately, it struggles with Throne and Liberty. Nvidia users have access to DLSS 3 and Frame Generation, which are essential in crowded player zones or during PvP. On the AMD side, there’s only FSR 2.0, and it doesn't work well. If you don’t have a high-end AMD card, you're in for a rough experience.

Another thing to note: go for a powerful CPU, ideally an X3D model, because the game is very demanding. And aim for at least 32 GB of RAM, or you’ll face performance issues.

In summary, a great game, but non-Nvidia optimization is disappointing.
