Very bad for beginners. The tutorial is very bad. I am stuck at the begining not being able to send a survey ship. It has a huge learning curve. I would expect a clear gameplay/tutorial for such a complex game.

I played this game on Xbox, and the geniouses decided to make the game paused by default. All you gotta do is press a button to unpause it. Don't know which button that is on PC though.
