Lovely little RPG with a cute story.
Not much depth in terms of combat, you mainly find a loop combination of attacks and stick with it until the endgame.

A very different departure form the AC original games (AC 1-4) but it still makes its mark.
Out of the "new" line games, this one has the most compelling story, setting and main character.

The gameplay takes some time to get used to due to the "RPG leveling" mechanics. Sometimes killing enemies from stealth isnt possible, which is frustrating, but the combat in general is enjoyable.

Given how this is one of the few games I've played to the end twice, there is plenty to enjoy.

Still, its a long way from the true Assassins Creed titles. more akin to Witcher 3 mixed with AC4.

A immense improvement over first game in all aspects.
I would recommend skipping that one is begging straight with this one.

This game just didn`t click with me.

The main character is too slow for a metroidvania that has you going back and forth a lot across the map.
Rooms are insteresting at your first visit because they have small puzzles to get across, but after passing through the same room th 5th time you will get sick of it. Some rooms are even hard to get across, so its a huge pain to do them a second time. I couldn`t bring myself to keep going.

Very fun mix of Dark Souls and metroid prmie

Very cute zelda-inspired game, there few dungeons but they are large.

I would HIGHLY recommend this as a link to the past substitute if you don`t want to support Nintendo and don`t want to use emulation

There's a gun that shoots the word "bullet"

F*CK the final boss.

Lovely 80's arcade experience. Kinda like contra, but no directional shooting, and Escape From New York vibe.
Shame the last boss is actual straight bull****, not fair and not fun, even on easy difficulty. Games don`t really know the meaning of "easy" nowadays...

I really wanted to not recommend this game, but I feel the experience is is good enough without the ending and there isn't a score in steam. If you NEED to finish their games, I would NOT recommend this.

The most wholesome game I`ve played (and enjoyed) in a while.
Fun for adults and kids

Definitely get this mod if you wanna try out this game, lots of QoL improvements
