LONG REVIEW! (copy-pasted from a post I made elsewhere. I made a few changes, however)
TL;DR: Pay-to-play microtransaction game. Community is abhorrent, staff are ignorant hypocrites.

The following amounts of $ are based off the Kongregate prices from ~1 year ago, and are estimated. I am not checking to see if the prices have changed, because this game disgusts me, and I passionately refuse to play it.

I played this game for about 2 years. It quickly became very very P2W. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. The gameplay itself is good, but past about level 12 it becomes extremely P2W. You can acquire effectively 3x or 4x more health and armor than your enemies by paying about $25, and get twice as much every stat by paying roughly $50. And then the high majority of guns cost over $15 or $20 each. About 60+ cash, and 40k+coins, which will cost roughly $25. And if you don't buy those yourself, I can completely guarantee that you will be dominated by someone with the defence and the health. You would not beat them even if it was 6v1. I played this game for 2 or 3 years because I had friends on it, and the gameplay itself was fun, mostly because I had these weapons and bonuses. But it is completely pay to win, and I quit it ages ago. There is a slot machine, and the prizes are: 50, 300, 500 coins, 3, 5 cash. (don't know chance but you never seem to gain money if you do it for a while) Besides that, the only reward is the best gun in the game. But the chance of getting it is below 0.001%. A TDP4 moderator known as LiP was supposed to of said this. To back it up, I spent approximately 400 cash (sold all my guns and bonuses and quit the game for good) and didn't get the gun. (I know many people who spent over 1000)
Also, each day you come on, you get to open a briefcase with a very high chance of getting the highest bonus. The bonus of getting a discount on buying things in the game.

The reason the rating from high is just an educated guess. The reason is because most of the people are new, rate it after maybe an hour of playing. Game-sites in my experience tend not to have reviewers,critics, and long time gamers like Steam does. They rate it after about an hour of playing, then they either stop playing, or they pay for bonuses and weapons, and don't touch the rating. Neither group touches the ratings, until the realize like so many people including myself has about the obvious truth. The gameplay itself is good, and it is enjoyable. But once you see the community, and you get to the P2W time, it's just over.

Most of the community are jerks, complaining about killsteals, noobs, hackers, buyers, etc. It's one of the games where if you use the wrong gun, or if you use a certain tactic, you will be cussed out, called a hacker, etc. Most of them will just call you a b**** for killing them twice in a row. The main demographic of the community is Russian. (I'm not trying to be prejudiced towards the Russian nationality, I'm just stating the demographic)

The developers are pretty careless. There is a glitch where you can shoot 2-5 bullets from almost any weapon, including the best snipers in the game, and the very high majority of the medium level+ players use this "tactic." There is a glitch where if you hold down 2 buttons, you lag out the game for everyone,(easily 4000 ping) (plenty of people do this) resulting in a game crash, and disconnection. These people are 90% of the time never banned, from my knowledge. I will confirm with my friend who used to be a moderator (not saying his name) for confirmation. The admins are extremely lenient with certain aspects of their terms and conditions. For example, it basically says "no killfarming" in their Terms & Conditions, yet literally any time you go on the game, you'll find at least 5-40 rooms obviously named something related to a kill-farm. People killfarm in order to get KDR, cash, and coins, because they can't earn it legitimately due to the game being P2W. Yet I got banned for doing a combo before, despite 3 moderators disagreeing with the ban. One of my friends in the room was accused of being a bot...Despite playing for the past year, and typing plenty, etc. He had no affiliation or connection to my name, and we lived in completely different countries, so we should of had quite different I.P addresses. It is also stated in the terms & conditions that: (simply put) one is not allowed to killfarm/combo in order to gain XP, currenc, kills, etc. However, there are constantly multiple combos going on in the game, and absolutely no staff members do anything about it. There are other examples of this, too.

If you played TDP4 and you are wondering who I am, my username was xXDeath42Xx. I owned the 4th largest clan ever made in that game called PIE, (3369 members at its peak) yet most of them have quit, and it is very slowly dying. This is the most P2W game I have ever seen in my life. It is also the worst game I've ever played, and I regret playing it.
