I started as no one in The United Cities, and realized how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the world is, and decided I wanted to change it. I mastered the art of hand to hand combat, sticking to my character's creed of "I must master my hands before I can pick up a sword." But I realized that fleshy hands and feet weren't good enough, so I chopped his arms off, and Darth Mauled his legs. He gained superhuman running speed of up to 47 mph, and striking power that would instantly kill a man with a single touch of his palm.

Realized that the rest of the world had already taken all of the good spots for building civilization, so I ventured into a no mans land called Vain full of man eating death giraffes and white gorillas, and started carving out a small town with my few companions, constantly holding off the wildlife through the skin of our teeth, both day and night, constantly on watch, taking different shifts as others slept to heal.

We eventually managed to push back the overwhelming amount of animals, and slapped some walls down and remained relatively safe as we farmed, and created a haven for ourselves. This small town eventually evolved into a thriving city (no, really. an actual city!) with a population over 170, and still growing. Fully automated with farmers, guards, bars, and all kinds of roles. The game turned into Dwarf Fortress at this point, but I could sit back and let it all operate on its own. I had my own personal safe haven to always return to with shelter as I go out and adventure. Tons of food, resources, hospitals, etc, and a place to chill out and evaluate what I wanted to do next. So I decided I wanted my main character to pass on what he learned.

I took on 9 apprentices to train, and they're all lethal machines of death completely built off of the bounty of my efforts establishing our city and its resources. Absolutely no outside help. So now we roam the continent pondering what to do next as I continue their training.

This is all how I decided to play the game. There is no right or wrong way to play Kenshi. It's the ultimate Sandbox game where you can truly do anything within the boundaries of the game's world, and there is really nothing else like it. Go and be a warmonger, a drug dealer, a simple farmer, a doctor, a wandering trader, a bandit, a cultist or cult leader, a slave, a hunter of cannibals, a miner, bounty hunter, slaver.....and way way way too many other things to name. The level of gameplay dynamics that exist within Kenshi is rivaled by nothing else. The world is yours to do with it what you want here. This is one of my favorite games of all time by an easy win. Buy it.
