The game still has some of its issues, particularly in sound mixing of enemies and weapon/class balancing. But I can at least confidently recommend it as a good game now, after a whole year of trials and tribulations typical of Fatshark releases.

What it currently has to offer is worth calling it an actual full game. Gameplay-wise, it's arguably the most intense and quite possibly the best PvE horde game out there, perfect for you if you're into high-octane, adrenaline-inducing, hardcore PvE gameplay (play on auric damnation and maelstrom difficulty, trust me). Only L4D2 rivals it for me, but that's mainly because of how moddable and how polished L4D2 is (Valve, please make L4D3 I'm begging you). Jesper Kyd also knocks it out of the ballpark with his amazing soundtrack for the game.

Overall, it is a very, very good and addicting game if you're into horde shooters, and it's not even $60-$70. Be wary though, the crafting system is currently one of the game's biggest flaws at the moment for being so overly grindy and oftentimes unrewarding. This game also has some aggressively overpriced mtx store for cosmetics, but you can just completely ignore that if you don't care about cosmetics.
