10 new missions, taken from Emergency 1 till 4. Several of them are quite iconic for the series if you know it. It includes a short video (5 minutes to 4 minutes long) with 2 of the developers discussing the mission and playing in the old game it's from. At least they lowered the price from 60 euro's to 30 euro's from their previous installments in the series.

The good:
- the new engine they're using has finally been patched extensively and works on a somewhat decent level. This took 3 years.
- the missions are varied and often differ in range of difficulty, through its a shame they kept the ingame limit on vehicles instead of using the money system for nostalgia.
- Controls are quite decent and have been improving through the games.
- A good amount of vehicles availble for whichever mission you're playing usually enough to be needed through lacking mostly in ambulances.
- some expansion on the old missions such as the use of newer ingame units to create new objectives such as the deployable boat being used whilst not in the original mission.

the bad:
- It does not include the campaigns in the same launch through is still availble through the launcher
- world of emergency account launcher
- no new vehicles added, amount of crew in vehicles has been decreased for fire vehicles and increased for ambulances
- still not the best performance
- video's illustrating missions are all in german and can't be fast forwarded
- not all vehicles are unlocked for the missions, only those specific to them.
- only 10 missions have been added, through 20 wouldve been even better

I would not recommend it for those who are just starting in to the series, unless the game actually includes the emergency 5, 2017, 2018 campaigns. Then it would be ideal. It mostly serves the fans who have played earlier titles for nostalgic purposes.

If you click a character and order it to get a tool (which is in the hud instead of needing to first select the vehicle to take it from) And then order them to for example cut a car open then theyll act as if the commands have been chained together, so there is a small amount of AI help and theyll automatically do some things if theyre in the vicinity, for example doctors run towards injured people and stretchers automatically pick up all those ready for transport and transport them. It is slower than if you micromanage but it's easy to just leave some units to take care of the victims in an area.

Just a question, are characters need to be micromanaged as it was in EM3 ? In another way to say it, is there an AI, or not ? :)
It was something which bored me, taking everybody by the hand , one by one to execute simple tasks.

Just to clarify: EMERGENCY 20 contains all content of EMERGENCY 5, EMERGENCY 2016 and EMERGENCY 2017. You can start the EMERGENCY 5, EMERGENCY 2016 and EMERGENCY 2017 campaigns, freeplay and multiplayer from the launcher. The 10 re-imagined missions are started with a different option in the launcher.
