Having played game for 3 years, i managed to show my first ever written review by myself about CS:GO and share some personal experience about the game.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive(CS:GO) took the long way to success. It started off with a number of significant flaws, but with time and some substantial patches, has become one of the most-played games on Steam and one of the best PC games you can ever play.
As usual, the people who know the game best are the ones who spend every night and most weekends in the trenches, defusing bombs, shooting chickens, and desperately hunting for knives. Also as usual, the people who love the game most are also the ones who have the most complicated relationship with it. Play a game enough, and even if you love it, part of you will probably start to loathe it. In a loving way. If that makes sense.

Generally speaking: CS:GO players love the chickens, are flummoxed by the knives, are in agreement that Dust2 is in some ways the game's only map, and hate hackers almost as much as they hate being called hackers. And of course, like any good game, for all the complaints most people have, they still can't stop playing.
In my experience this game is worth but not even full price because this game hasn't made significant improvement at all. But it is fine, thrilling and playable game at least 2 hours to hang out with some cheeky friends. This game needs to be improved at least 25% of that current state. Nevertheless, believe me the game nowadays is fine, at least for me, as a strategic game(thinking logically and etc) and that's the most important thing why i dive into CS:GO. It's interesting to take part in competitive to compete with others.
But if you are on the fence then i absolutely can suggest it for you, only on purpose whether you want become like decently smart or way too smart.

Apart from that, wouldn't say nothing else. Overall, I love this game as said at the beginning and unless I start getting extremely interested in, I don't think I'll stop playing it in a while.
