lets say you're not a fan of broccoli but you can tolerate it though, so you add a bunch of cheese onto it to make it better. and now all of sudden you love the hell out of broccoli, but only with cheese on it... but you see that's not the broccoli's doing that's the cheese's doing. now replace broccoli with skater xl and cheese with mods and you'll see what i mean. granted its not the worst game ever, but it need's mods to be good. there's not alot of love and personally to be seen and it's soulless with no npcs to be found like in the skate games, and stuff like impossible's no-comply's darkslides primos/caspers underflips/late flips you can forget about, it doesn't have the best customization without mods, like no board and wheel size no stat customization to make you're skater feel different, and for it's asking price it's not worth it to me especially on console, and while session may get a half baked release too, it look's like there's more love put in to it than xl. so, no. i do not recommend this game sadly
