Real sad to see this game go, i loved playing it all the time, and when i heard robocraft 2 was being made i was so excited. Only for the (original) robocraft 2 to be nothing like how i wanted. The *new* robocraft 2 was exactly what the community wanted, a return to the roots and recreate how the gameplay was like back in 2016 era. But still somehow they messed that up too, and now Freejam as a development studio is shutting down, taking the game with them.
I just have to wonder, how could you ♥♥♥♥ up that badly?

Amazing new DLC for Rimworld, the horror aspects are surprisingly very well put together into a strategy colony builder.
Unlike Royalty, Anomaly started off very strong with no obvious needs for redesigns outside of difficulty.

Spoilers for this DLC! Because there is a story and things you should just experience yourself!
From my personal play through on an ice sheet, ghouls are both really powerful and annoying to maintain due to a lack of clothes being able to warm them. I'm unsure if implants could help, but something that could perhaps give them some protection against the cold would be VERY much appreciated.

Balancing
The pit gate and flesh heart are way too hard to deal with, in general flesh beasts are very dangerous unless you use META strategies such as circle kiting with ARs. killboxes are much harder to use now as some events simply cant be fought by them. Im not referring to game breaking "singularity killbox", im simply referring to any typical killbox.
Dont get me started on Metal Horrors, as im sure everyone agrees they need additional detection methods, since the current method is to be completely hyper paranoid and check everyone regularly.

atmosphere
Anomaly's atmosphere is SPOT ON, the music is amazing! Absolutely zero misses. The flavor text is both hilarious and ominous, typical rimworld style.

Overall, this is a super solid DLC, though I would still recommend you are at least familiar with rimworld before getting this. for your first DLC, i still recommend Ideology since that is hands down the best one that even first time players can enjoy

All the monsters are extremely unique and aren't "Run or hide" type of deal.
No other game has made me shout monkey noises at a monster to make it go away, 10/10

Got it all the way in closed beta, watched it slowly get new features and FINALLY, got multiplayer :D
Still in need of polish, but 4 player coop is great if you have friends to play with

Yeah, I think I like this game! I really hope it earns labor of love. This game is AMAZING! literally endless content and with a modding scene so robust and skilled that the modders themselves got hired for the DLC? Hard to say no to deep space organ harvesting <3
