It's actually a decent game besides the bad optimisation.
Other notes include:
- Your weapons jam and break over time (I hate it)
- You have malaria (why?)
- All gameplay, no cutscenes and little story (I don't mind this)

It's buggy but I think it's worth a try.

Wow, an incredible RPG to play! I easily got hooked on the combat, really fleshed out with many classes and abilities. The music was so good at times it made me emotional. At times the story was confusing but near the end it got so fun and thrilling it didn't matter.

Overall, really good game. Combining Monster Hunter, The Witcher, and Dark Souls in one game to make an epic D&D like adventure. I highly recommend!
