🎍💙🚗 Performance review for Jacob 🚕🎄🚘

Interested in learning about other people and the world, but tends to let others ask the questions and find the answers. Jacob can copy reasonably accurately, but they does not produce their own ideas. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months.
