you guys didnt include that sound in the addon so it doesn't exist. Just add it to the addon and update it on the workshop.

Gmod just updated and they changed the way sounds work so rcon is being spammed with this.

Um I started learning how to mod because i played neurotec and wanted to make a bismarck class battleship i have crowbar, Vtfedit, blender etc..... but i dont know how to start and was wondering if you could give me pointers any comment woud be valued greatly thanks!
