Chilled kharbuja juice with a splatter of lime is the perfect refreshing drink to enjoy on a hot summer day. On hot summer days, we generally experience the feeling of dehydration and thirst due to over sweating. Kharbuja juice prevents these problems. It cools the stomach and comforts the throat.

(Serves 2)

Ingredients
-2 cups chopped kharbuja (muskmelon)
-1 cup water
-4 tsp sugar
-1/2 lemon

Method
-If you like to serve the juice chilled, keep the kharbuja in fridge for about 2 hours.
-While making juice, remove the kharbuja from the fridge. Cut the kharbuja and remove the seeds. Peel and cut them into small cubes.
-Put this kharbuja in a mixer along with 1 cup of water and sugar. Then blend it to a smooth paste. Squeeze the lemon in it and serve.
