I mean, it's a really nice and chill game. Unique style and lore, lots to collect and build and great variation between warframes and weapons. Tons of toys to play with, and a pretty varied range of difficulty. Tons of new people and old timers. Not much toxicity as far as I've seen, but then I don't try to be on the edge of the "endgame" much.

You progress in level ("mastery level") by leveling up as many different warframes and weapons and things as possible. If you find and stick to a few favorite things, you'll kind of get stuck in level until you branch out. That said, you can still progress through the game, but some things (mainly some weapons and warframes) do require certain levels. Your mastery level also greatly affect your quality of life. The amount of "reputation" you can gain per day, for example, is tied to your level. Now a huge problem if you like to try different things, but this is where I feel the most "grind" comes in. I don't want to level up 20 naruto daggers, but here we are.
