This has become, probably my favourite game overall, full stop. As a decently new person to the Armored Core franchise (having gone back before hand and played AC3, Last Raven, 4 and 4 For Answer), this game is phenominal. I have gotten all 3 endings, and compleated the arena mode to its fullest.

Dispite what some very purist older fans say, this is 100% an Armored Core game. Sure it has some souls elements, but not enough of them to remove from the main attraction of the game. The game is quite quite hard. There has been a lot of complaints about the first boss and the last boss of chapter 1. Both of these bosses are actually quite simple, even with a bad build. They are a skill check wall to make sure you are ready for the rest of the game.

10/10 - played 3 times in a weekend, because it was just that good.
