They try to take factors like race, or cultural background and call them irrelevant, and then wonder why the policy's they implement slowly decay into chaos. It's not because the policy's themselves are destructive, it's that when mixed in with how people just aren't naturally good it falls apart. It depends on not only the government, but the people also to act like holy angels and enforce things fairly. To create a place where everyone is happy and free. It's our nature to do what is wrong. That's why utopia can't be created. We are far to corrupted by our own nature to even come close to doing so.
