What did I come back to the Zone for? Nostalgia, mostly. What did I find? The same world I once knew, but in a beautiful new light.

Quite like the games before it, it has launched with the same level of jank one may expect from GSC games by now, but the devs are working fast, and bug fixes are quickly being pushed out. I suspect it may be a good while before the main problems of the game are fixed (A-life issues chief among them), but if you're even remotely a fan of the Stalker series, I'd say that this game is a very safe buy at the moment. After all, no-one truly leaves the Zone.
