Seriously good Developers that actually hear your voice and make the game better. Plus the game is especially good when coming home from a long day at work its nice to kick back and chill pop a podcast on and be your own boss it gets really fun after automating power first with coal then moving to oil allows you to grow so much more.

There will be controller support and a console version coming soon too
