Pretty good movie license game honestly, the soundtrack is amazing and early on in the game it really makes you fear the t-800's with your weapons pretty much doing nothing to them.

There is a couple downfalls the game has, like the fact that there's really no replayability since you can unlock and upgrade everything in your first playthrough. I actually got all the achievements the first day i got the game, it's that easy. I believe there's a different ending but its nothing to write home about. The difficulty is laughable, beat it on the hardest difficulty and it felt like it was normal mode from other games to me, once you get a plasma weapon there's no fear of t-800's anymore. I would be flush with ammo and healthpacks and never had to worry about running out. Graphics wise i feel they're serviceable, not going to blow you away but not the worst I've seen.

I love how close it ties with the first two movies, the developers obviously loved the source material and I'm grateful for that, it really shows in this game. Combat feels nice, although again its way too easy.

I think if you love Terminator, you'll like this game. Maybe not for $40 because of the previous cons I mentioned earlier, but when it goes on sale I highly recommend.

I will admit this is one of the few games I have actually bought right on release day. I'm usually a bit weary about potential day one bugs and such so I tend to wait it out for a week, but reading about the game and what it would be like I had to purchase it the hour before it came out so when it released I could download it. I'm glad I didn't wait.

Night In The Woods is a fantastic adventure game set in a small nearly dead town, yet has an array of characters you can talk to and learn about throughout the story. It's impossible to get to know everyone and do everything in the first playthough and will require you to play through the game multiple times to learn everything there is to know about these characters. The story is very rich in this game, going far deeper and emotional than I perceived it would beforehand, hitting close to home with the topics of mental illness and just living day to day life in a boring job with no hope of escape, but also throwing in some fun stuff. This game is not age appropriate as i thought it would be. A lot of cursing and dark tones, but very glad this was put in the game. It adds to the matureness of the game and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I will also admit though that there are a couple issues I have that I wanna mention, but they arent gamebreaking and shouldn't push you away from this little masterpiece of a game. There is a lot of talking in this game, and i mean a lot of talking, which leaves the background open to either silence, a bit of music, or a mix of both with outdoor sound effects. There's no actual voice actors in the game, so when the characters talk, its all just reading subtitles, which kinds sucks but isn't a dealbreaker for me. Just a bummer, although I'm confused because you can hear someones voice making certain sounds like groans or sighs and such every now and then which leads me to belive they could have done voices, but it is a small developer team so I won't fault them for it.

Another thing that kinda bugged me was that at times the main character felt like I had no control over how situations went. There are times you can choose a couple things to say, but it can end up spiraling out of control and kinda loses me at times, like why on earth would I say these things? This is a terrible thing to say and nobody in their right mind would say it. Again, not a dealbreaker.

Overall this game is fantastic and is definetely worth the $20. Fantastic story, nice visuals and atmosphere, decently lengthed story as well, a short 6 hours for my playthrough but does have replayability so most likely about 15-20 at least to go through everything, well drawn out side characters and a message that you'll never forget. Just buy the game, it's completely worth every penny.

At first I wasn't sure if I was gonna like the game. I heard it was very short and for the price did kinda push me away from it, but then the game went up on sale for the one year anniversary. Taking a leap, I dived headfirst into the game and I will admit now I am angry at myself for not playing this game earlier.

Firewatch is a fantastic mystery game set in the wyoming wilderness with a small cast of characters you can't help but fall in love with. The art style is gorgeous and shows you don't need to be ultra realistic to be beautiful. Even for such a short campaign (Only took me a little over 3 hours) it left my heart fluttering almost the whole time, leaving me feeling empty and wanting more when I got to the end.

I would definetely recommend this game to anyone, even at the full $20 price tag. It's full of interesting and engaging dialogue, a small world you can explore that you won't soon forget, characters you'll love and want to learn more about, even the side characters you never see but only find notes you'll wanna read them all. If you have been shying away from the game for any reason, push those thoughts aside and buy this game and support these developers, they deserve every single penny.

After a whole fiasco of trying to fix the game after installing more than 5 mods at a time, I finally got to play the special edition and I have to say it is a definite improvement from the original. It's 64 bit now and has improved lighting and other ENB effects for those who don't have that powerful of a computer built right in.

The games not perfect though. There's no 21:9 support yet, which is not fun since I have to play in 16:9 windowed mode for now til there's a mod or update to fix it. The game suffers badly from frame rate drops which I'm still not too sure yet why that happens, but I'm sure theres a fix for it. There's also the ui which can't be changed and looks clunky and ugly in my opinion, so I'm hoping someone does a mod to fix that, but I can't put my blame on bethesda for not doing anything about it. It's 64 bit now so past mods dont work on this version and the creator of skyui says he doesn't think he'll port it over.

Overall the game is a nice upgrade if you arent into heavy modding and have the beefy graphics card to make this enb they made look like child's play, but for an update on a game thats been out for quite some time now and since I got it for free, I can't really give this version any crude remarks besides a few quirks I have subjectively. I would recommend it though only if you have the dlc for the old version and can get it for free. The current price for it is outrageous and you're better off sticking to the original and trying to get a light enb if you don't have a high end card.

Amazing blast from the past for me. Played this game a ton when I was younger and went through the campaign and side games multiple times. Now I got it working on my pc (terrible controls, but you can get used to it) and was definetely worth it. 9/10
