This game is phenomenal.
For reference, I'm playing with the Index controllers and room scale with the Vive Pro wireless.

The graphics are unreal. The level of detail in every single aspect of the game is unreal. They modeled power guages, which do nothing, down to the rim of the glass. The clutter is astounding. There's so much random stuff that is useless, but has physical interaction, and it really brings the game to life.

The controls are intuitive. There is left handed support. The gun interactions (reloading, shooting, etc) are fun and interesting. The menu is minimal and great. The backpack and inventory system is minimal and great.

I've played all three Half Life 2s, so a lot of the enemies in this game are familiar, but.. The combine are actually TERRIFYING. This game's atmosphere is incredible. It's not like a horror game, but the tension it has made me feel was very real.

Highly recommended, but I only have experience with room scale wireless.

If you played Risk of Rain 1 and you liked it, you'll probably like this game. It's much more difficult because things can hit you from all directions, and I think that's really what Risk of Rain 1 was all about.

I reached the end credits after 141 hours. 11/10 would recommend.

In all honesty, 11/10 is an understatement.
I don't really have the words to describe this game.
It's a platformer. You die hundreds of times. I had over 300 by the end.
But it's not a rage game. It isn't possible to rage at this game.
The storyline made me cry, twice.
Visuals, level design, storytelling, I don't think there are any negative aspects to this game.
If you're thinking about getting it, GET IT.
