So far, I'm out of the tutorial and just beginning my journey.
Thus far, I love the setup and everything. It, GENERALLY, makes sense why you lose all your abilities, sort of (at least as far as game plots go), and it really just feels like a natural extension to the original.
Also, edit to my last comment, "... you have to pursue and it's NOT* thrust upon the player..."
I know everyone talks about how great Baldur's Gate 3 is, and it truly is great gameplay, but the wokeness was just thrusted in your face. There hasn't been even the slightest hint in KCD2 so far.
There was one other part that concerned me but if you don't know about it or haven't gotten that far into the story, I don't want to spoil anything. It wasn't related to homosexuality but something else.
I've subbed your profile wall, so if you do come across something weird, would you mind posting about it?
Would appreciate it. ;)
I was worried about the retcon of Henry's love interest from Theresa.
I think I know who the potential gay love interest is, and if you don't read too much into the subtext, it really just seems like two dudes who grew up together and are close during a period where homosexuality wasn't even a thought in anyone's mind.
From what I've read and heard, it sounds like it's something that you have to pursue and it's thrust upon the player, like in many other games.
Any 'woke' stuff that you've come across?
I loved the first one (240 hours on record), and it seems like more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff from the first.
It's the first game I've paid full price for in years, so I hope it doesn't disappoint lol
