Nvidia Reflex低延迟看上去有点问题 只要开了这个选项就会出现游戏不时卡死（7700k+1080） 哪怕是仅CMAA2抗锯齿+超级分辨率（均衡）也会在第二把出现游戏卡死 希望有发现一样问题的人出来说下什么情况
